Materials
Handle is white teak wood which is not endangered and is fast-growing (like bamboo). Bristles are stiff agave plant fiber. Metal handle.
Care
Each brush can be used for 1-3 months. Do not submerge or soak the wooden parts in water. Hang dry or place in a dry spot after use.
Instructions: When replacing the brush head for the first time, it can be a little stiff to bend the wires so you may need to use a pair of pliers to loosen it (use caution). After this, you can use strong fingers to squeeze the wires together and loosen the metal grip. Then you can pop off the brush head and slide on a new one. Then replace the metal grip that holds it tight.
Proper Disposal
This product comes package free. At the end of life, compost or bury the wood and agave parts. The metal part can be recycled.
