Citrus & Chipotle Sweet Potato Soup

A delightfully creamy soup of baked sweet potato, white beans, &  almond milk, garnished with citrus, chipotle, and cinnamon. *gf, soy-free,  corn-free, nightshade-free. Contains tree nuts.

This is sold frozen. To reheat: Transfer from plastic container into microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir and then microwave again on high for another 2 or 3 minutes. Alternately, defrost in the refrigerator overnight, and then microwave on high for 2 minutes or so.
